Box of 10 - 316L / Electropolished Coupons (5cm X 5cm test area)
Box of 10 316L Stainless Steel/Electropolished coupons good for Cleanability Testing, Swab Method Validation and/or Visual Inspection Qualification. Box is 3D printed of hard durable PLA and provides a safe storage place with separate ledges for each coupon to protect coupons from contamination and damage.
Coupons have a 5cm X 5cm (25cm^2) inscribed area for deposition of compounds/products and a hole for suspending the coupon in a Cleanability Test Device or CIP System Model. Coupons are also labeled with the MOC, material finish, date of manufacture (M/Y) and a Coupon Number for easy identification. Coupons are cleaned and passivated and then Electropolished in our laboratory to <1 Ra (microinches) and come with a certificate of passivation (ASTM A967-A967M) and electropolishing (ISO 15730).
