Box of 10 - Viton™ Coupons
Viton™, or Flourine Kautschuk Material (FKM), coupons come in a box of 10 and are good for Cleanability Testing and/or Swab Method Validation. The available color is black. The box is 3D printed of hard, durable PLA and provides a safe storage place with separate ledges for each coupon to protect from contamination and damage.
The coupons have either a 5cm X 5cm (25cm^2) or 10cm X 10cm (100cm^2) inscribed area for deposition of compounds/products. The 5cm X 5cm (25cm^2) coupons have a hole for suspending in a Cleanability Test Device or CIP System Model. The coupons are labeled with the MOC, material finish, date of manufacture (M/Y) and a coupon number for easy identification.
All coupons come with a Material Certificate of Conformance.
